Folk Art R Us...

    Workshop or Lecture:

Option One - Workshop with hands on interactive
participation  by audience.  Designed as playtime for
    adults.

Option Two:         Lecture and slide show

    Description:

Folk artists create beauty from broken, often
discarded materials.  Many of these works include
    material made from
old rags, bent metal, decaying wood and shattered
    bottles.

Looking at these pieces we can see our own lives
    reflected
in the completed whole piece.  Participate in this
workshop and let the pieces of your life come closer
together.  Participants will create their own beautiful
self portrait – even if they can’t draw a straight line.
Come prepared to look, listen and play.
